Fest Wrap Up Canceled Due to the late date of this year's Oktoberfest, the Fest Wrap-up meeting scheduled Sunday, October 30 has been canceled. When a total report regarding 2011 fest financials is complete, it will disclosed at an upcoming general membership meeting.

Dance Lessons Offered: Would
you like to take to the dance floor but you're not sure about your
dancing
skills? Club members, Linda and Elvin Heck are offering Polka and Waltz
lessons for any members interested in learning the basics. As service
to the club, the Hecks do not charge for their lessons.

Property Acquisition
Committee Pledge Drive and Charitable Liederkranz Foundation Information:
At the August 4 membership meeting, the membership voted to authorize the Acquisition Committee to proceed with the purchase of
the Honberger property at 8090 Old Auction Road. The Committee will now
proceed to enter into discussions with Mrs. Honberger and attempt to reach an
agreement on the terms of a sale.
As part of the financing, the Club has begun a pledge drive, by which members and interested
friends can help offset the cost of the acquisition through monthly, quarterly,

Front Door Attendant Volunteers Needed
- Thursday, Friday, & First Tuesday evening front door
greeter/volunteers are needed. For their work, door volunteers receive
complimentary dinner and beverage. Couples are welcome!
