1. Guests must be accompanied by a member and be signed in the Guest Book by their member host upon entering the club. 
   
2. Members must purchase alcohol for guests.  State law prohibits bartenders from serving non members.  
3. At any one visit, a member may bring their immediate family plus four (4) non member guests.  With any more than 4 guests per visit, the member must make prior arrangements with the banquet manager.
4. After 3 visits to the club, guests are encouraged to apply for membership.
   

• The club is open for dining every Thursday and Friday. Service is 5:30 at the bar and tables 6:00 to 9:00; First Thursday (meeting night) until 8:00.
• The first Tuesday of the month features Dietrich's Buffet from 5:30 to 7:30.
  
• The first Friday of each month features entertainment by Hans and his Accordion.
• Cash only - The club does not accept debit/credit cards. Checks are accepted payable to the Liederkranz.
• Reservation policy:
    - First Tuesday Buffet - No reservations allowed
    - Thursdays & Fridays - Reservations may be made in the Ballroom Annex only
• First Thursdays (meeting night) - All non members must exit the Ballroom at the start of the Meeting.
• Menus and specials are posted each week in our club email and on our Dining & Club Dances page.

Monthly Membership Meetings:
The General Membership meets the first Thursday of each month at 8:00 p.m. Current meeting minutes

Club Dances:
Regular club dances run from October through May and are open to the public.  Tickets may be purchased in advance at the club bar or at the door; $8/members and $10/guests.  Prepaid season tickets are available at a discount of $5 per dance.  Seats will not be held without payment.  Checks are accepted payable to: Lancaster Liederkranz.  Our kitchen is always open on dance nights, serving from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m.  Service is available in the Ballroom for dance patrons and in the bar area for those not attending dances.

Club Fests:
The Liederkranz holds 3 yearly fest fundraisers. These fests are open to the public and rely on member volunteers their success:
  - Sommerfest (2nd weekend in June, general admission)
  - Parrot Fest (3rd Friday in July,pre-purchased tickets required)
  - Oktoberfest (3rd or 4th weekend in September, general admission)
