Our Pavilion is a beautiful outdoor facility set on rolling green grounds alongside Chickies Creek. The natural landscape provides a scenic environment for hosting family reunions, group or company picnics, receptions, and celebrations of all kinds.
Please Note: - You have the flexibility to bring your own food & soft drinks or have your Pavilion event catered (the Liederkranz does not provide food); however, all alcoholic beverages must be purchased from the Liederkranz and served by Liederkranz RAMP (Responsible Alcohol Management Program) certified bartenders.
- The bartender fee is $25 per hour for a minimum of 4 hours. If attendees exceed 100 persons, 2 bartenders are required.
- Alcoholic beverages may not be brought onto or removed from Liederkranz property. - Pavilion events must end by 11:00 p.m. - Only service dogs are permitted on premises, including parking and pavilion areas.
- Contracts are currently being revised. These samples are for reference only. Contracts must originate from the Liederkranz.
Caterers:
- You have the flexibility to provide your own food for your event or to select a caterer that best suits your needs. Our event manager can provide you with a list of local caterers/vendors for consideration.
